Terms & Conditions — badjee Platform Rules

1.1 Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the badjee platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. badjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in line with our responsible gaming obligations.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the badjee platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 1.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information if it changes. badjee may require identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. badjee will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details. 2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

badjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for card payments (Visa, Mastercard) may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction. badjee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. badjee aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times for individual payment providers may vary. badjee reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

2.4 Prohibited Transactions

The following are strictly prohibited on the badjee platform:

• Use of payment methods not registered in the Member's own name
• Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine gameplay
• Transactions intended to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Chargebacks or disputes raised against legitimate badjee transactions
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials

2.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and promotional values on the badjee platform are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. badjee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions initiated in foreign currencies via Visa or Mastercard will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your card issuer.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available to badjee Members are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Member's account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

3.3 Abuse of Promotions

badjee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has abused a promotional offer, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

badjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by a Member at the time of the modification, provided the Member is complying with the applicable terms.

4.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the badjee platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by our licensed game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. badjee does not manipulate or influence game outcomes. Displayed return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over long sample periods and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

4.2 Sports Betting Markets

badjee offers sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international and domestic tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. Betting markets are subject to availability, and badjee reserves the right to suspend or remove any market without prior notice, particularly where event integrity concerns arise.

4.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. In the case of disputed or abandoned events, badjee will apply settlement rules in line with standard industry practice. Errors in bet settlement will be corrected once identified, and adjustments will be made to the Member's account accordingly.

4.4 Obvious Errors

badjee reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error, pricing error, or human error, even if those bets have already been settled. Members are not entitled to benefit from obvious pricing errors, and any associated winnings may be reversed. badjee will make reasonable efforts to correct errors promptly and notify affected Members.

4.5 Responsible Play

Members are reminded that gambling involves risk and that no strategy or system can guarantee a profit. badjee strongly encourages Members to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and to make use of the self-exclusion tools available via the account dashboard. 5.1 Grounds for Suspension

badjee reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where badjee has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Member is engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity
• The Member's account is subject to a legal dispute, chargeback, or regulatory inquiry
• The Member has provided false or misleading registration information
• The Member is under 21 years of age
• Account security has been compromised and suspension is required to protect the Member

5.2 Closure by Member

Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting badjee support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, provided all applicable verification requirements have been met and no funds are subject to active wagering requirements.

5.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude from the badjee platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member will not be able to access their account, and badjee will use reasonable efforts to ensure no marketing communications are sent to the excluded Member.

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the badjee platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game assets, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of badjee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following activities while using the badjee platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise platform security
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without prior written consent
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward badjee staff or other players

7.1 Data Collection

badjee collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. We use your data to administer your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.

7.2 Data Security

badjee employs SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect Member data during transmission and storage. While we take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your information, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Members use the platform at their own risk in this respect.

8.1 Platform Availability

badjee makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features. badjee will not be liable for any loss, whether financial or otherwise, arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Loss of Funds

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, badjee's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. badjee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The badjee platform integrates third-party services, including game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). badjee is not responsible for any failure, interruption, or loss arising from third-party services and makes no representations regarding their performance or availability.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a specific game outcome, or any other matter concerning the badjee platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. badjee will investigate and aim to respond within five (5) business days. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific product or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and badjee with respect to use of the platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
